All locks and loans submitted prior to 5:00 PM, February 12, 2010 will be honored and processed as a regular course of business. Floating loans must be locked before February 26th, 2010. This decision was made after analyzing the risks in an increasingly unpredictable and hostile secondary market. We have enjoyed serving the broker community for over 20 years, and we hope to do business with you again someday.
